Questions about pricing
What counts toward the clinician cap?
The clinicians on your organization's roster. A tier's cap is the number of clinicians it admits: up to 50 on Starter, up to 100 on Professional, and over 100 on Enterprise.
What happens when I outgrow a tier?
Move to the next tier. Because every tier has the same features, the only things that change are the monthly price and the cap. Past 100 clinicians, contact us for an Enterprise quote.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move between tiers as your roster changes. You won't gain or lose features by switching, only clinician capacity.
What do agencies pay?
Agencies have their own plans: Starter at $49 / month for up to 50 clinicians, Professional at $149 / month for up to 100, and Enterprise by quote for over 100. Agency plans include five features; billing and referral management belong to the staffing company.
Do clinicians pay?
No. Clinicians are invited by their organization through a magic link and never buy a plan.
Is anything metered?
No. Each tier is a flat monthly price.
